Marketing Intern: Event Specialist

Location: Any

Job Summary

The Marketing Intern will provide support to the Marketing team. This individual will have a wide range of important duties in a fast-paced environment.

Core Job Duties:

• Coordinate and negotiate the booking of, and event details, with venues/vendors.
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders to support and meet defined goals.
• Provide full summations pre and post event - enhancing the internal employee event experience - to include organizing schedules, team travel, etc.
• Support operational goals and logistics, including but not limited to, rooming blocks, shipments (outbound/inbound), layouts, event orders, onsite needs, AV needs, etc.
• Maintain and communicate budget estimators, expenses and invoices for assigned events.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong MS Office experience required.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills required.
