HR Services Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

In this elevated role, the HR Services Sales Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with isolved's diverse client base. You add value to the isolved experience by sharing relevant industry news, asking insightful questions, and offering business solutions that save your clients' time, money, and frustration. As a trusted advisor, you actively contribute to the company's sales success in a professionally deliberate and quantifiable manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generates new business by contacting prospective clients through, but not limited to phone calls, email, and corporate networking events
  • Conducts prospect needs analysis over the phone
  • Conducts product demonstrations, with appropriate internal isolved subject-matter experts over the phone
  • Aligns the appropriate isolved corporate solution to the prospect's business needs, challenges, and requirements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with existing clients and business partners
  • Demonstrates the value of isolved solutions to our client businesses
  • Meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales goals through add-on business as established by isolved
  • Maintains awareness of new products, competitive services, and other technology of potential interest to clients
  • Maintains communications with the internal team to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
  • Prepares information for quotes and contracts for internal clients
  • Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  • Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
  • Documents all sales-related activity within internal CRM
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities):

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in payroll, benefits, HCM and/or HR preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years' experience in outside or inside B2B sales
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter motivation with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Will have accomplished the following:
    • Experience independently closing individual accounts with 20+ employees
    • Average deal size of $10,000
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • Ability to establish and manage executive level relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: telephone, writing, and presenting
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline through solution selling to clients
  • 60% hunting for new business from our internal clients, 40% farming to cultivate and grow existing business
  • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans
  • Strong ability to work as a team player with a "win as one" mindset

If you are located near an isolved office, you may be asked to pick up your equipment and complete a short onboarding session on your first day. The onboarding experience and subsequent tasks will continue at the remote location of your choice until it is safe to return to a traditional office environment. Should your remote work situation prove challenging for your professional success, isolved will consider limited on-site access for compelling cases.

Location: Fully in-office if located in Charlotte, NC.

Duration: This is a full-time position.
