The Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales department management in an effort to achieve the organization sales goals. The Sales Operations Analyst requires a strong technical background, product knowledge and service knowledge.

Location - Charlotte (Hybrid In Office Schedule)

Core Job Duties

  • Collect, analyze, and report on sales related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity.
  • Develop tracking of key performance indicators to enhance the understanding of the business to improve decision-making and drive improvements for sales and revenue generation.
  • Develop analytical insight reports (KPIs, operating metrics, business metrics, queries), dashboards, and scorecards that can be consumed rapidly by decision-makers to help identify business growth opportunities.
  • Work in the CRM system (Sugar) to both create and maintain sales dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Complete operational projects to assist the sales team in meeting their revenue goals (e.g. identifying and assigning Target Accounts in Salesforce)
  • Maintain Sales Hierarchy structures within the CRM working with Sales Leaders month to month as well as the CRM team to assist in the management of data
  • Create presentations, dashboards, and reports for different stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Sales Operations and or Sales reporting and analytics experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience working with a CRM systems and its associated data, (preferably Sugar)
  • Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focused on the details, are a self-starter, and are relentless but professional.
  • Constantly thinking of ways to create efficiency.
  • Results oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
