BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
isolved Business Development Reps are passionate, high energy individuals who leverage their industry knowledge and expertise to support the brand recognition, market penetration, and revenue goals of the isolved HCM by prospecting and establishing new potential clients, partners and marketplace channels as well as leveraging existing relationships to maximize isolved's market position and achieve financial growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:
- Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives with prospects from inbound lead sources, lists, and targeted marketing demand generation activities
- Grow, cultivate, and leverage a network of relationships within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned lead generation/new business quotas
- Prospect for potential new clients and help convert them into increased business.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to accelerate sales.
- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customers
Required qualifications:
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Team Player
- Self-starter who had a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Interest in Technology
- At least one year of professional experience
- {B.A., B.S.} Degree

This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT and Charlotte, NC.
