Responsibilities
- Involvement in all aspects of the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting/modeling including but not limited to, customer acquisition, customer retention, upsells and downgrades, and all associated economic drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- You will be the financial subject matter expert for this business functional area.
- Provide insights and analysis.
- Contribute to the multi‐year, annual and quarterly planning and forecasting processes i.e building an innovative financial model supported by key trends, unit economics and performance metrics to build confidence in its accuracy.
- Assist in the development and support of a weekly, monthly and quarterly management reporting cadence that provides continuous insight into the performance of the business, including trends, variances and risk assessments.
- Collaboratively work across the Finance organization as a business partner supporting the FP&A organization, strategic finance team and the accounting team providing insight and analysis around the revenue model, revenue performance, scenario planning and potential outcomes.
- Resolve problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-7 years as an FP&A with financial modeling. SaaS industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
- Thoughtful analysis experience with the ability to use data and thoughtful insights.
- Excel and PowerPoint power player
- Experience or exposure to other reporting tools or systems (i.e., Tableau, Microsoft BI, DOMO, other.
- Self‐directed, self‐motivated, and demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions to further business understanding.
