As an SFA to the company's leadership, you'll work closely with our SVP Finance and Senior Director of FP&A. You'll also be part of a small but mighty team, giving you the chance to impact the business by focusing on expense modeling, variance analysis, and reporting i.e., executive, budget owner, board, and lender.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all aspects of the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting/modeling including but not limited to workforce planning, vendor expense planning, economic drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• As part of the finance team, you will be regarded as a financial subject matter expert for isolved.

• Provide insights and analysis by drawing insights from complex data sets to assist with sound decision making.

• Contribute to the multi‐year, annual and quarterly planning, and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the development and support of a weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting cadence that provides continuous insight into the performance of the business, including trends, variances, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate cross functionally as a business partner supporting the executive leadership team and their budget owners, to provide analyses around companywide headcount, expenses, and other ad-hoc reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 4+ years within FP&A; financial modeling experience is a plus!
• Bachelor's degree: Finance degree preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint power player.
• Experience or exposure to other reporting tools or systems (i.e., Planful, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Tableau, PowerBI or any other budgeting/ analysis software).
• Self‐directed, self‐motivated, and demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions to further business understanding.
