Channel Marketing Manager (Field)


The Channel Marketing Manager will work closely with regional sales and sales enablement teams to spearhead field marketing initiatives, as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects and other marketing activities. You will play a key role in executing and measuring results of various marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, and results-driven!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the demand generation and sales team to build and drive field marketing activities that impacts region.
  • Own strategy project and execution of various proprietary events across your region, including, production, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and audience acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong region relationships to expand referral pipeline impact
  • Manage account-based marketing activities, in partnership with ABM team and region sales team, including identifying target accounts, developing strategy, executing campaigns with the support of cross-functional teams.
  • Maximize isolved's reach and presence at third party events through sponsorship execution and complimentary marketing campaign creation
  • Collaborate with Director, Channel Marketing to develop field marketing playbook, identify opportunities, and share best practices
  • Develop programs that effectively create brand awareness, new pipeline, and influences existing deals across channel segments of isolved's business
  • Think creatively about the prospect experience at in-person events and build experiences that are above expectations for attendees in partnership with events team.
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and company-wide objectives

Measurement for Success:

  • Meet or exceed Channel Marketing team goals (MQLs, SALs & SQLs)
  • Demonstrated success in impacting wins and sales bookings
  • In collaboration with the Director, Channel Marketing implement fresh marketing strategies and programs that support and strengthen partner relationships

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing or sales enablement
  • Proven experience conducting marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Effective communication skills - written and oral
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
  • You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
  • Confident with a dynamic personality, a desire to run fast, make a difference, and have fun doing it

Location: This position will be based in UT (remote) and does require travel.


Reporting: This position reports to the Director, Channel Marketing


Duration: This is a full time position.
