The Inside Sales Executives are responsible for driving revenue by selling the entire range of iSolved Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services to existing customers.  The ISE is responsible for selling the value proposition of the numerous iSolved software solutions, and handling all steps of the process from the outbound campaign to the close of the sale!  This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious and exciting organization that has excellent opportunities for fast career progression. 

 

Inside Account Executives report to the Vice President of Sales.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve/exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, revenue quota).
  • Coordinate the involvement of iSolved personnel, including support, sales, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct high-level solution overview presentations online.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, prospecting activities, forecasting, and pipeline, utilizing Hubspot and Netsuite.
  • Take a proactive approach to your own day and performance while working in a fast paced environment.
  • Eligible for current Inside Account Executive commission compensation program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales.

 

 

Experience:

 

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience required
  • Documented track record of individual sales or account management success, including stacked rankings against peers, dollars sold, and % to quota
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Experience in telesales/tele-prospecting (B2B preferred) is preferred
  • A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to exceed challenging goals
  • Excellent listening skills, strong at questioning and identifying pain, qualification, and closing skills
  • Adept at handling objections tactfully and persuasively
  • Strong communication skills, specifically being able to explain value propositions to key decision makers
    • Experience in the benefit administration or Human Capital Management industries, selling payroll, benefits, time and attendance, COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), or Health Reimbursement products is a plus
