Position Summary LOCATIONS (Charlotte,NY, TX, Souther CA)

The Program Manager is responsible for managing the partner relationship, partner support to meet contractual requirements, partner satisfaction, expanding revenue opportunities through the network & marketplace .  The Program Manager is the first point of accountability to the partner, and is expected to lead internal and external resources to meet committed goals.

Responsibilities  

  • Direct responsibility for achievement of all partner commitments
  • Goal is twofold:

     Generate revenue through meeting commitments and additional business (marketplace, upsell/cross-sell)

     Partners satisfaction by delivering support and enablement resources 

  • Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program
  • Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the program
  • Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead development of solutions and processes specific to a partner to meet their business challenges
  • Manage internal and external resources appropriately to meet the partner commitments
  • Coordinate activities with extended teams at the partner and within iSolved
  • Lead status reporting and issue resolution
  • Maintain Account Plans
  • Measured on Revenue, Partner Satisfaction, and Conversion/Migration metrics
  • Skills

    • Ability to lead partners and develop relationships at the executive level as well as the field level
    • Ideal candidates will have 5 or more years of experience in SaaS, preferably in the HCM industry
    • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
    • Ability to communicate and guide the program effort towards business objectives
    • Ability to establish KPI's and measure/report
    • Ability to forecast and proactively identify issues and to build mitigation plans proactively, problem identification/solution creation
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

    Ideal Candidate

    • Has led programs greater than $5M in revenue
    • Experience in managing financial plans and forecasting
