Job Overview: Manager-Data Integration is responsible for successful execution of strategic data integration.  The individual will be tasked with leading and managing the areas of data management, data clean up and data quality. Helps maintain electronic interfaces between our software platform and third party vendors.  This person should have knowledge of employee benefits plans and an understanding of data formats/specifications.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily activities of the team to guarantee that all work is completed timely with attention to detail to meet quality standards and goals
  • Interact with third parties
  • Work closely with project teams on customer-specific initiatives that involve data movement, translation or integration
  • Solve complex technical data communications and transformation issues
  • Assist team members in troubleshooting technical issues related to data flow
  • Communicate with customers to clarify data format requirements
  • Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities
  • Collaborate with peers to establish best practices
  • Mentor team members and identify development needs and coordinate additional training
  • Track various metrics to ensure that established levels are achieved
  • Manage escalated issues and provide direction
  • Build strong vendor relationships
  • Function as a consultant and business partner with other groups internally and externally
  • Evaluate team on performance and complete performance review
  • Develop and administer corrective action and performance improvement plans
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director on team development and succession planning
  • Adheres to company and departmental policies.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in in data integration, EDI, payroll industry
  • 3 years of experience in managing a team
  • Knowledge of employee benefit plans
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPP or FPC certification
  • Software experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
