Job Overview: Time & Attendance Implementation Specialists are responsible for assisting our customers with the design and implementation of their Infinisource iSolved solution.  As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS software solution, with a focus on time and attendance processes.   


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads new customers through iSolved implementation, ensuring the customer's policies, procedures and employee data are configured accurately and on time.
  • Creates and manages project plan to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
  • Partners with other Infinisource teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
  • Monitors the implementation process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
  • Prepares customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering Time & Attendance system training as part of the Implementation process.
  • Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
  • Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources
  • Adheres to company and departmental policies.
  • Some travel (less than 10%) may be required


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated functional business process knowledge
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of time & attendance policy, procedure and regulation
  • Software implementation experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
