Job Overview: HCM General Ledger (GL) Specialists are responsible for assisting with the changes, revisions and  testing iSolved customer's GL setup. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adds/Modifies GL Rules in accordance with GL design.
  • Tests GL reports to verify accuracy of GL setup.
  • Maintains GL Rules for customers in Support.
  • Contributes to improvement of the Payroll GL process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
  • Maintains solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources
  • Adheres to company and departmental policies.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
  • Demonstrated functional General Ledger experience related to payroll
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one years of experience with payroll, including experience with payroll tax.
  • Software experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
