Job Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing Implementation transformation centered around process standardization, training, project tool selection and deployment as well as other key projects. Primary focus will be to define the implementation process and support rollout into all facets of the business, including needs assessment and selection of the appropriate project tool. The Program Manager will own a detailed project schedule and budget as appropriate, working with individuals to ensure related projects are tracking on time and within budget, serving as a key escalation point for issues and risks.

Core Job Duties:

  • Partners with Implementation teams, customers and third party vendors to identify strategic growth opportunities via an understanding of how the combination of isolved technology connects to market needs and general business processes
  • Identifies, assembles, and manages the program/project team. This typically consists of a hierarchy of individuals throughout the organization
  • Responsible for closing projects based on committed dates and delivering business financial improvement as defined
  • Establishes, tracks and oversees overall program timelines and budget
  • Responsible to Senior Leadership Team for reporting progress on a regular basis
  • Manages escalations and uses judgment and creativity to propose and execute solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead partners and develop relationships at the executive level as well as the field level
  • Ideal candidates will have 5 or more years of experience in SaaS, preferably in the HCM industry
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to communicate and guide the program effort towards business objectives
  • Ability to establish KPI's and measure/report
  • Ability to forecast and proactively identify issues and to build mitigation plans proactively, problem identification/solution creation
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:

  • 8+ yrs Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • PMP Certification strongly preferred
  • Significant Experience using tools to develop and manage project schedules, milestones and dependencies
  • Experience in process workflow design and rollout
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively define roles and responsibilities of program and individual project team members and motivate them to get projects done
  • Demonstrated success with managing multiple sometimes unrelated project schedules simultaneously
  • Experience with Project Management or Implementation within the HCM industry desired
