Market Intelligence Manager

Our product marketing team is at the heart of our business, goaled with driving market awareness, demand for, and adoption of iSolved solutions through compelling competitive differentiation in a rapidly growing global market for HCM technology. iSolved Product Marketers seamlessly blend creative and technical abilities with strong commercial acumen and so influence the entire company's success.

As part of our product marketing team, you will work closely with the product management team, sales, marketing, and finance leaders to support development and refinement of our product positioning and marketing strategies. You will play an essential role in collecting market data, acquiring competitive intelligence and delivering market research to support roadmap validation, refinement of our go-to-market (GTM) playbook, and our portfolio's pricing & packaging strategy.


  • Identify, document, and share the key trends in the HCM technology market.
  • Become a key partner to product management, marketing, and sales leadership for market & competitive intelligence.
  • Support GTM teams in driving revenue increases via pricing & packaging improvements.
  • Evangelize market research learnings internally and externally.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify key trends in HCM technology.
  • Analyze sales and market trends to discover revenue opportunities in price, packaging, and product improvements.
  • Strategize, propose, and oversee the execution of pricing and packaging improvements that help to drive higher sales conversions of increased solution breadth.
  • Empower our go-to-market teams with market insights that help them to validate isolved's differentiated capabilities and positioning to accelerate demand generation and sales.
  • Collaborate side by side with product management, sales ops, and finance teams to define and deliver on product growth goals.
  • Support our GTM teams with market intelligence that helps them to refine customer segmentation and prioritize campaign efforts.
  • Create and maintain a competitive intelligence library to support sales, partner, and marketing teams.
  • Enthuse passion in everything you do, leading the way both internally and externally, as a vanguard of our product strategy.

Key Internal Stakeholders

  • Work with product management to deliver market validation for their roadmap, support packaging improvements, and refine positioning & pricing strategies.
  • Work with sales and partner leadership to empower GTM teams with market and competitive intelligence.
  • Work with sales and partner leadership to identify and execute on opportunities for price and packaging improvements that accelerate and grow customer conversions.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in product marketing, product management, sales, and/or pricing roles.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS software.
  • Top notch analytical skillset with intense curiosity and a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with product marketing tactics (i.e. integrated marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, differentiation development, pricing and packaging, sales enablement).
  • A passion for driving transformational employee experiences through innovative HCM technology.
  • Strong written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high performer motivated by a fast-paced environment and energetic (though remote) team.
  • A keen ability to give attention to detail while handling multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular: Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference and have fun doing it!
