Business Analyst - HCM

This position provides the opportunity for an individual with a strong HCM background to take their skills to the next level, taking on a product design role, as part of the isolved product development team.

The HCM Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of customers and stakeholders to help identify business requirements and propose solutions. The business analyst will work with their product team members to ensure that projects are properly prioritized and that task deadlines are enforced. This individual will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures of isolved consistently and will proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product Management team to gather business requirements.
  • Write product requirements documentation.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to manage development projects.
  • User acceptance review on new product enhancements.
  • Assist with production rollout and administration.
  • Effectively communicate updates for product rollout including supporting documentation and process recommendations.
  • Provide support to identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • All other related jobs functions as needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge in one or more of the following HCM product areas:
    • Payroll
    • Employee Benefits
    • Human Resource Management
    • Expense Management
    • Timecard tracking and processing
  • Technical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Proven customer service leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • HCM software implementation, support or product development experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience, (Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Associates degree or equivalent education and business experience.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.

Work Environment

Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements 25/30lbs. Moderate noise.
