Business Analyst - HCM

Under the direction of the Product Owner for Compensation Management, the Compensation Management Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of customers and stakeholders related to the Compensation Management product to identify business requirements and document solutions. The business analyst will work with their product team members to ensure that the Compensation Management product is documented, developed and delivered based on product requirements. This individual will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures of isolved consistently and will proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Work with the Product Management team to define requirements for the Compensation Management product.
  • Write Compensation Management product requirements documentation.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to manage development projects.
  • User acceptance review on new product enhancements.
  • Assist with production rollout and administration.
  • Effectively communicate updates for product rollout including supporting documentation and process recommendations.
  • Provide support to identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • All other related jobs functions as needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated business knowledge related to Compensation Management, including the understanding of salary planning, bonus payments, stock options, pensions, and employee benefits.
  • Experience with the implementation of policies and programs related to employee compensation and total compensation packages.
  • Understand business challenges specifically related to human resource management and employee compensation.
  • Proven customer service leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Technical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • HCM software implementation, support or product development experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience, (Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Associates degree or equivalent education and business experience.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
