Benefit Services Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and engaging Benefit Services Sales Executive to help us support and scale iSolved' s rapidly growing Sales team.

Summary:

The Benefit Services Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the isolved product line to achieve long-term revenue growth.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

The Benefit Services Sales Executive is responsible for the following:

  • Identifying isolved products and services that serve as solutions for agents, brokers and other partners.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with partners, including but not limited to needs analyses, recordkeeping, proposal and quotes, renewals and service.
  • Prospects for new partnerships through associations, clubs, referrals and other activities.
  • Educates and trains partners to effectively represent and sell isolved products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience.
  • 1+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.
