The isolved Network is a critical component of the business and represents over 150 traditional, ASO and PEO Certified Network Partners who regionally market and support the isolved People Cloud platform. Network partners represent our company's most strategic set of customers and generate significant growth with nearly 2 million employees across ~70,000 companies.


The Manager, Partner Implementation is responsible for the following:

  • Manage a project team that is responsible for ensuring a successful Certified Network Partner (CNP) implementation to the isolved platform by meeting project deliverables and CNP launch dates
  • Develop and maintain implementation project plans using Smart Sheets and ensure CNP projects are delivered on time to align to partner's priorities
  • Organize and lead weekly meetings with internal project team to review and update project plans, review action items, mitigate any blockers and driving project to meet target milestone dates
  • Make recommendations, be consultative and lead the adoption of the isolved solution, guide the project team and partner on best practices that maximize value and their return on investment
  • Mentor project team by assisting with problem resolution and researching alternative solutions as necessary to build knowledge and depth
  • Ensure project team cross training is conducted to ensure skill sets are at a level consistent with their role
  • Regular communication and collaboration with departmental executives and stakeholders to apprise them of project status and any blockers prohibiting progress
  • Ultimately responsible for CNP satisfaction and a smooth transition to Partner Support


  • 4 year degree, or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years customer success or project management experience in a SaaS or software company with an emphasis in the HCM/PEO industry
  • Experience in the HCM industry/PEO industry is a plus but not a requirement
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role


  • Ability to manage and develop a team that delivers a best in class customer onboarding experience
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
  • Excellent presentation, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to hold team accountable for timely deliverables
  • Flexible approach, ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively within a dynamic, growth-oriented company
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a "can do" and "go the extra mile" attitude
