Summary: To support current and potential tax credit clients through regular contact via phone calls and emails. To support and implement a client base expansion through the service product of tax credits and support tax credit department work flow.


Essential Duties: *This is not a remote position. Need to be able to work onsite.* Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

  • Call and email clients to establish appointments and update contact information
  • Speak with every assigned client on established quarterly schedule to review:
    • Program Activity
    • Year-end Report
    • Outstanding Determinations
    • Confirm correct contact names, title, email, mailing address
    • Online Websites as applicable
  • Document phone calls and emails in Netsuite
  • Monitor client inactivity reports for all assigned clients; call clients to discuss inactivity, answer questions and restart client if needed, documenting in NetSuite
  • Schedule call to launch new clients: 1) explain entire WOTC process, including invoicing; 2) implement online demonstrations of the client and employee sites (occasional demo with potential clients as requested and clients moving from paper to online); 3) confirm contact names, positions, address, email and phone, documenting in Netsuite
  • Handle incoming client calls regarding invoices, need for additional information, new forms, documenting in Netsuite
  • Follow up on client/prospect information for internal or 3rd party referrals
  • Prepare client reports as requested
  • Participate in development of tax credit program enhancements and functionality issues for the client and employee sites, documenting specs and test for proper functionality
  • Communicate website and/or functionality changes or updates to online clients
  • Collaborate with peers in creating and updating reports for department to track client information and history
  • Complete projects assigned by director or manager
  • Participate in training of new staff as requested
  • Serve as champions of NetSuite, maintaining clean client data and history
  • Work toward continuous quality improvement
  • Stay current with changing technology, including software programs

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor'sdegree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educationand
  • MSOfficeandAdobeAcrobatknowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
