About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and engaging Sales Operations Analyst to help us ensure optimal adoption and utilization of sales technology in support of achieving our revenue objectives and time to value on sales technology investments.

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop, operationalize, and manage our sales technology adoption strategy. The person in this role will work closely with key stakeholders and the sales enablement and operations team to identify risks, determine root cause(s), and design and implement associated organizational interventions. Additionally, the person in this role will be required to deliver some of the associated training.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing standards, governance, usage guidelines and adoption programs for sales technologies, including SugarCRM, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Oversee design, development, delivery, and maintenance of sales technology adoption tools.
  • Analyze business needs and use cases to develop creative and outcome-based solutions.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions developed against KPIs set forth to drive ROI back to the business.
  • Work in conjunction with other Sales Enablement & Operations team members to disseminate adoption tool product knowledge, assist with technical bugs, and assist with prioritization and project assignments.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase stakeholder awareness and engagement to improve productivity, efficiencies, and positive user experience with sales technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and team members to ensure timely delivery of sales technology readiness, communication, and training.
  • Create briefs, emails, and other communication related content to support information out to users related to new functionality.
  • Manage the design of a structured and repeatable program that produces and encourages active participation in sales technology change, tapping into our human ability to transform (intense focus on user experience).
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholder and team members on a frequent basis regarding significant product/experience enhancements.
  • Uses instructional techniques and applies understanding of adult learning theory and learning dynamics to achieve sales technology learning outcomes.
  • Learns new sales technology product functionality and processes to determine sales organizational readiness requirements.
  • Conducts needs analyses, interviews Subject Matter Experts, and gathers content for enablement materials.
  • Creates needed materials, including exercises and activities, using Microsoft Word and Power Point and training technology platforms.
  • Works with Sales Enablement & Operations team members to integrate sales technology training into new employee onboarding programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, adult learning, change management or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales CRM and CPQ solutions and other sales technologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with WalkMe or other sales technology adoption tools.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management and/or adult learning.
  • HCM industry experience helpful.
  • Ability to design and develop instructional materials and courses, to write clearly concerning technical concepts, and to organize content/material in a manner which facilitates learning and mastery.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must be self-starter and require minimal direction.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Familiarity with various software to support the development of online training resources (i.e., Learning Management System and other training delivery technology platforms) helpful.
  • Successful experience as a quota-carrying sales representative helpful.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or virtual) with approximately 20% travel.
