Project Manager--HCM

HCM Project Managers are responsible for fully integrating new acquisitions into iSolved HCM's processes and systems within M&A. HCM. Project Managers are part of the IMO team. The IMO team was created to establish a formal project management framework and governance structure to ensure coordination between the significant and complex projects of the Corporate Development organization. Projects cross all functions including Payroll Operations, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury and Production.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Leads newly acquired companies through the iSolved integration process and ensures customer retention.
  • Coordinates cross-functional activities and decisions with other iSolved teams participating on the M&A project.
  • Creates and manages project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and completion dates are met.
  • Proactively oversees and evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, and executes corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks.
  • Communicates project status to senior management.
  • Monitors the process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure the integration schedule is maintained and retention baselines are maintained.
  • Prepares customers for a successful post-integration experience.
  • Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the integration process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
  • Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.

Essential Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to roll-up sleeves and assist team members in task completion
  • Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms to other functional groups
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
