Sales Administrator

Sales Administration supports sales department management to achieve their goals. This position requires a strong technical background, product knowledge and service knowledge. In a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and time-management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Key member of the sales operations team accountable for ensuring the accuracy and process sales orders for assigned sales team(s).
  • Ensure orders comply with isolved Sales Policy and other guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g. billing, implementation, sales enablement) to identify areas of opportunity and implement changes to optimize sales operations and reporting
  • Cross-train to support other teams as needed to meet operational needs and team deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to a team of field sales representatives, including creating sales documents, proposals and agreements
  • Generate reports and analytics related to sales activities and revenue data, primarily by using the CRM system
  • Track errors and other challenges to Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency of sales order and booking process
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and well organized
  • Ability to write customer-appropriate correspondence
  • Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established

Physical demands and work environment: Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements 25/30lbs. Moderate noise.

Location: This position is based in Charlotte, NC, Salt Lake City, UT or Phoenix, AZ.
