Vice President, Channel and Alliances 

isolved is looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President, Channel and Alliances to lead the indirect go-to-market strategy, operations, and revenue nationally across all geographic regions. 



This is a critical and extremely strategic role that will lead and build our developing Strategic Partnerships team and partner with Sales Marketing, Services, and Enablement teams to build a fully integrated Partner Ecosystem. The leader will help design and enhance the entire sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through strategy with select partners 



The VP of Channel and Alliances is responsible for the following: 

  • Grow and develop a team of Regional Channel Managers to support strategic external Partnerships and the core sources of revenue for our business
  • Build and execute channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results
  • Define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the alliance 
  • Develop business plans with each Partner and ensure their successful execution 
  • Review sales play metrics/effectiveness on a recurring basis with Partners and maintain pipeline and dashboards for Executive Leadership on the effectiveness of these programs 
  • Lead assessments of business pursuits, RFPs analysis, and proposal reviews with Partners 
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to obtain results in an organization that he/she does not control  
  • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues with Partners  
  • Drive a culture based on teamwork and collaboration with accountability



  • 10+ years in a Channel Sales or Channel Management role
  • Extensive industry network with 5+ years of SaaS-based solutions Partner Channel Sales experience
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment 
  • Experience producing measurable results of influenced revenue or Channel Sales



  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions 
  • Must have a valid driver's license.



Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.
