The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving success at the top of the sales funnel for iSolved.  The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of coaching Business Development Reps to exceed their monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. Your background exemplifies demonstrated success in building camaraderie and community across the team and the entire Business Development organization.


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, mentor and motivate a team of Business Development Reps focused on inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Cultivate and maintain a culture of perpetual coaching, routine enablement, and servant leadership
  • Work with senior leadership to build on our existing lead generation and pipeline development strategies to improve efficiency across the sales organization
  • Set and communicate clear objectives for individual team members - and hold the team to them
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results and creative incentives

Essential Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Software sales as an IC & manager; experience managing a Sales Development team in a fast-paced, highly competitive software sales environment
  • A history of consistently performing above team quota and being able to forecast accurately
  • Effectively lead teams with right combination of data and strong personal leadership
  • Passionate about training and developing a team
  • Consistent track record of identifying team needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • The ability to work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM in your local time zone


  • 5+ years of sales development leadership experience with a company dedicated to software or PEO
  • Outreach experience
  • Robust HCM experience
  • A drive to continually improve sales, business and interpersonal skills for yourself and your team


Location: The Business Development Manager will ideally be located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

During these exceptional times, iSolved is committed to protecting the health and safety of our

and complete a short onboarding session on your first day. The onboarding experience and

subsequent tasks will continue at the remote location of your choice until it is safe to return to

a traditional office environment. Should your remote work situation prove challenging for your
