Channel Marketing Manager

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Ensuring the overall success of our Preferred Partner channel by utilizing channel marketing skills to drive activities through channel partner referrals.
  • Working cross-functionally with other groups within isolved, including Creative Services, Brand & Content and Product Marketing.
  • Developing creative and integrated marketing campaigns designed to optimize the flow of engaged partners to sales.

 

We're looking for an independent thinker who can confidently develop strategies, move among different teams and always apply creative approaches to the pursuit of well-defined goals. Our new Channel Marketing Manager will not only develop the strategies and the creative approaches, but the metrics that will be used to measure the success of each effort.

 

It's a challenging and high-impact position. The person who's right for it will make a significant impact on isolved, its team members, its channel partners and its clients.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop general marketing campaign strategies and initiatives that will ensure Sales meets aggressive revenue goals. Campaigns include email, direct mail, drops and digital programs.
  • Support, and partner where applicable, the execution of requested MDF partner programs including co-hosted field events, co-branded collateral/landing page requests, webinar programs, sponsorships etc. Identify best practices and optimizations for program improvement.
  • Develop proactive communication strategies that nurture partners throughout the lifecycle (newsletters, webinars, nurtured email cadences)
  • Coordinate with event and webinar team on all partner tradeshows and virtual events.
  • Attend trade shows and other promotional events to promote partner programs
  • Propose, implement and manage the marketing development and incentive program activities with partners.
  • Ensure content and supporting material is available for partners to drive improved performance.
  • Be accountable for reporting channel productivity across all sales regions.
  • Collaborate with other program managers throughout the marketing team to repurpose each other's campaigns for further impact on additional audiences. 

 

Essential Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • HCM channel marketing experience (4-6 years preferred)
  • Deadline and target driven, effective planner
  • Strong presentation and written skills
  • Project management and execution skills
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel

 

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
