System Administrator

System Administrator 

The System Administrator will maintain system level configuration of iSolved in multiple environments.  Main responsibilities are configuration of system level calculations and settings, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and configuring and maintain security permissions. The position's responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. This position requires communication and collaboration from various teams in the organization. Work is performed with minimal supervision and pre-established guidelines.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 3 support to iSolved.
  • Maintain system level configuration of iSolved in multiple environments.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively system-related updates to management and the user community.
  • Analyze requirements and configure system calculations including Earnings, Deductions, Memos, and Benefits.
  • Design and maintain security roles on a system, client, and employee self-service level
  • Identify opportunities for system normalization across environments.
  • Team with Mergers and acquisitions to buildout new environments with standardized functionality.
  • Assist in mass updates to environment on the system, client, and employee level.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective system setup in iSolved.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and advocacy for the integrity, accuracy, system adherence, and business rules surrounding company data.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience working with iSolved.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of HR related systems and processes.
  • You should possess a strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to succeed in this role.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • 30% domestic travel will be required.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position
