M&A Payroll Specialists

M&A Payroll Specialists work specifically with transitioning clients from competitor or acquired software to our isolved HCM software.  This position is expected to utilize existing tools and software to successfully map a client's profile and setup from their existing software to our isolved software.  Upon completing the mapping, the Specialist will balance earning/tax/deduction totals from the original platform to the isolved platform to identify potential issues and to ensure 100% accuracy. This position will exist in a team environment, where the team is responsible to manage client expectations and minimize client impact. 

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Align and map the design of the client's existing software to the iSolved solution specific for the clients success
  • Utilize a migration tool to extract and import data from the original software to the iSolved platform
  • Track, update, and manage tasks to ensure commitments and critical deadlines are being met timely
  • Accurately map and balance client earnings, taxes, and deductions
  • Anticipate clients current and future needs and identify issues proactively
  • Coordinate schedule and tasks with Project Manager and team
  • Work and collaborate successfully in a team environment
  • Contact client's as required and necessary to achieve desired outcomes and to ensure client understanding and satisfaction
  • Ensure client satisfaction and a smooth transition to Customer Support
  • Provide technical assistance when necessary
  • Participate in other projects as assigned by the Project Coordinator and Director

 

Essential Requirements

  • 4-5 years HCM/payroll experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong product, service and technical background
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and work with others etc.
  • Ability to present solutions to clients, manage client expectations, and implement and deliver solutions
  • Strong interpersonal verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • High standard for solution quality
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Nimble thinker who can be successful in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-manage and independently deliver solutions
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

 

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
