Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced, innovative and engaging Relationship Manager to help us support and scale isolved' s rapidly growing Sales team.



Relationship Manager would be responsible for establishing new broker partner relationships, as well as enhancing current ones. This relationship should encourage the promotion of the isolved Benefit Services offerings to the brokers book of business. This relationship building would include service presentation, system demonstrations, proposal production and some service support to ensure the relationship stays on target.



The Relationship Manger is responsible for the following:

  • Identifying isolved products and services that serve as solutions for agents, brokers and other partners.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with partners, including but not limited to needs analyses, recordkeeping, proposal and quotes, renewals and service.
  • Prospects for new partnerships through associations, clubs, referrals and other activities.
  • Educates and trains partners to effectively represent and sell isolved products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work related experience.
  • 1+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.



  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license.



Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds.  Moderate noise.
