Marketplace Integration Analyst

The Marketplace Integration Analyst is responsible for advancing iSolved strategic integrations by leading discovery calls with internal teams, clients and third-party vendors to understand and document the functionality, benefits, use-cases and technical requirements of potential third-party integrations to iSolved.  Upon review and approval of a proposed solution, the Marketplace Integration Analyst is responsible for coordinating the integration pilot activities and communications with all parties, completing iSolved configuration, bringing the solution live and documenting the requirements, process and configuration for future deployments.  This role will also be responsible for coordinating other strategic integration projects, as requested.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and lead discovery calls with internal teams, clients and third-party vendors
  • Document integration functionality, benefits and use-cases
  • Document technical requirements including recommendation for the most appropriate integration type REST API, Custom API, SFTP
  • Research and gather information on the strategic value of the integration potential clients or existing clients requesting the integration, potential revenue impact
  • Coordinate the kick-off, setup and testing with the vendor and client
  • Complete required iSolved configuration in support of the integration
  • Manage the successful go live of the integration with at least one client
  • Document a repeatable setup and deployment process for future integrations of this solution with additional clients
  • Lead training webinars for other team members to learn the integration setup and configuration
  • Coordinate and manage additional strategic integration projects, as requested

Essential Requirements:

  • Self-directed and self-motivated individual with an inquisitive and persistent nature
  • Ability to achieve high performance and efficiency in a remote work environment
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent work experience
  • One or more years coordinating technical projects and activities
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to lead conference calls with multiple teams in an organized and efficient manner
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working in the HR, Payroll or Benefits industry
  • Experience with iSolved HCM software

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
