Product Marketing Manager

Our product marketing team is at the heart of our business, goaled with driving market awareness, demand for, and adoption of iSolved solutions through compelling competitive differentiation in a rapidly growing global market for HCM technology. iSolved Product Marketers seamlessly blend creative and technical abilities with strong commercial acumen and so influence the entire company's success. 

As part of our product marketing team you will work closely with the product management team, product evangelists and spokespeople, and sales and marketing leaders to develop and refine compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging in support of successful product launches, resulting in increased demand and adoption. You will also play a key role in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans and integrated campaigns, in conjunction with the broader product, customer success, marketing and sales teams.

  • Ensure our messaging is always crisp, compelling and content rich.
  • Help convert more leads into opportunities and opportunities into closed deals.
  • Create reusable process, tools and content for sales and partner enablement.
  • Elevate the iSolved brand in the market, with influencer and reputation communities.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop and promotes compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging for internal and external communications around products and services.
  • Lead the organization in the creation of effective and measurable tools and materials in support of product and service demand and adoption.
  • Create and maintains product collateral, sales pitches, RFP templates, and analyst surveys alongside a continuous stream of compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, interactive tools, videos) that generates awareness, enable sales, and accelerates the buying process.
  • Empower our direct sales and partner ecosystem through training and enablement activities, differentiated strategies, and the development of sales tools and assets.
  • Collaborate side by side with product management and product evangelism as part of our overall product organization.
  • Present our strategy to internal and external audiences of all types and constantly looks for opportunities to promote iSolved from stage to social.
  • Support our marketing team from subject matter expertise and GTM definition to ideal customer profile and buyer personas, and from content provision to speaking engagements.
  • Enthuse passion in everything you do, leading the way both internally and externally, as the vanguard of our product strategy.

Key Internal Customers

  • Work with marketing in support of programs (e.g. webinars, events, editorial, blog, influencers).
  • Work with sales and sales consultants to build HCM knowledge through training and enablement.
  • Work with product management on roadmap themes and requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years proven experience in product marketing, product management, sales/pre-sales or consulting roles or combination thereof.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing or subscription based B2B software.
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, differentiation development, naming, pricing and packaging, sales enablement).
  • Absolute passion for all things technology-related, current trends and competitive dynamics in the market and strong views on the future of tech.
  • Strong written and visual presentation skills with online body of work.
  • Self-motivated performance driven pro with strong analytic skills and data-driven mind-set.
  • Superior attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference and have fun doing it!

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HCM covering payroll, benefits, compensation, T&A, tax and expenses, employee experience, compliance, learning, employee wellbeing, talent and workforce management.
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of US payroll, tax and benefits legislation.

 

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
