Sell Infinisource Human Capital Management products and services by building and leveraging existing Infinisource partner and client relationships.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Sell all iSolved products and services, which currently include:
    1. Payroll and human resources
    2. Benefits Administration
    3. Time and Attendance


  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline that exceeds the outstanding quota
  • Responsible for all follow up documentation regarding communications with prospects, proposals, pricing approvals, sales
  • Prospect for new business in area of concentration and within existing account and agency relationships
  • Analyze competition and communicate market challenges and opportunities to management
  • Utilize the current sales force automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools according to the current set of standards, as directed by sales management
  • Expected travel up to 50% of the time
  • Eligible for current commission compensation program
  • Perform other duties as assigned by sales management
